Are these authentic Lost Angel devices?
Yes. Every device ships factory-sealed from our Mount Vernon, Illinois warehouse. Each box carries a scannable QR authenticity code that validates against the manufacturer's batch ledger — gray-market resellers cannot reproduce that chain. Full verification walkthrough on the Authenticity page.
How long does Lost Angel Vape take to ship?
Orders placed before 2 PM Central ship the same business day from our Illinois warehouse. Standard transit is 2–5 business days to anywhere in the continental US. Free shipping over $80, extra 10% off over $150. Full details on the Shipping & Delivery page.
Do you ship to my state?
We ship to every US state where adult vape sales are legal. Some states have signature-on-delivery, age verification, or flavor restrictions — our checkout flow handles each one automatically. If a state can't receive the product, the cart page shows the message before you pay.
Do you ship internationally?
No — Lost Angel Vape ships within the United States only. International orders are not accepted at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major US credit and debit cards via our secure US payment processor. The merchant of record for every charge is printed on the order receipt.
Do I have to be 21+ to order?
Yes. Lost Angel Vape only sells to adult consumers 21 or older. Age verification runs at checkout, and the carrier (USPS or UPS) will check ID on delivery. Orders that fail the age check are not shipped, and the charge is reversed.

What is the difference between the Mate 50K Kit and Mate 50K Pod?
The Mate 50K Kit is the rechargeable battery plus your first pre-filled pod. The Mate 50K Pod is the refill — once a pod is empty, you keep the battery and swap in a new pre-filled pod (any of the 21 flavors). Cheaper per puff and less landfill than buying a fresh single-use disposable each time.
How is the Sphere 35K different from the Mate 50K?
The Sphere 35K is a compact all-in-one disposable — open it, draw on it, recycle when empty. The Mate 50K is a modular kit where you keep the rechargeable battery and swap pre-filled pods. The Sphere wins on pocket size and zero-setup; the Mate wins on cost per puff and flavor variety.
How many flavors are there?
Twenty-one flavors total, shared across the Mate 50K Pod refill and the Sphere 35K. Profiles split across menthol (Miami Mint, Blue Razz Ice, Strawberry Ice…), fruit (Mexico Mango, Tropical Boom, Pina Colada…), and dessert (Strawberry Shortcake, Frappe, Berry Bliss…). What does the blinking light mean?
On both Mate 50K and Sphere 35K: 3 fast blinks usually means low battery (charge it). A solid blink that won't stop usually means pod-out-of-juice or end-of-life — confirm against the HD display on the Sphere or swap to a fresh pod on the Mate. Full pattern table on the How To Use page.
Why is my Lost Angel not hitting?
Common causes: (1) battery is dead — charge for 30 minutes; (2) draw-activation sensor needs a firmer pull at first puff; (3) Mate 50K pod is not seated all the way — pull it out and re-click it in. Full troubleshooting flow on the How To Use page.
How long does one pod or device last?
The Mate 50K Pod is rated for 50,000 puffs (real-world usage runs 7–14 days for most adult vapers). The Sphere 35K is rated for 35,000 puffs (5–10 days for most adult vapers). Heavy pull pattern, high nicotine setting, and longer draws all reduce that window.
Returns, Authenticity & Issues
Can I return a Lost Angel device?
Unopened, factory-sealed devices are returnable within 30 days for a full refund. Defective devices are covered case-by-case — open a ticket from your account or email service@lostangel-vape.com with your order number and a photo of the device. Once a pod is activated it is non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Full policy on the Refund & Returns page.
How do I check a device's QR authenticity code?
Scan the QR code on the side of the device box with your phone camera. It opens the manufacturer authentication portal showing batch, factory, and ship-date. A code that says "already verified" by someone else or that does not match the printed serial is a red flag for a clone — keep the box, contact us, and we'll handle the return.
My device arrived dead or won't charge — what now?
That's a manufacturer defect, not your problem. Email service@lostangel-vape.com with your order number and a 10-second video of the issue. We'll either ship a replacement or refund — usually within one business day. Do not throw the device out until we've confirmed.
Can I track my order?
Yes. The shipping confirmation email contains a USPS or UPS tracking number. You can also pull live tracking from the Order Tracking page or the My Account dashboard.
I never got my order — what now?
First, check the tracking link in your shipping email. If it shows "delivered" but the package isn't at your door, check porches, side gates, and ask any roommates — most ghost-deliveries are recovered within 24h. If 48h pass with no recovery, email us with the order number and we'll open a carrier claim and reship.
