Every Lost Angel order ships from our Mount Vernon, Illinois warehouse — geographically central to the US, so 2–5 business day transit covers most of the country. This page covers processing time, carrier handoff, state restrictions, and what happens at the door when the package arrives.
Processing & Ship-Out
Cut-off: 2 PM Central
Orders placed before 2 PM CT on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM CT or on a weekend ship the next business day. We do not ship on US federal holidays.
Verification first
Before a label prints, the order runs age verification + payment verification. If either fails, the order is held and we email you. This usually adds zero time, but in rare cases adds a business day.
Tracking emailed
Once the label is generated, USPS or UPS tracking is emailed to the address on file. You can also pull live tracking from your account dashboard or the tracking page.

Adult Signature (21+) on Delivery
Every Lost Angel package requires an adult-21+ signature on delivery — that's federal regulation for nicotine products, not a Lost Angel rule. Here's how it plays out at the door:
- The carrier (USPS or UPS) will not leave the package unattended.
- An adult 21+ must be home, must show photo ID, and must sign.
- If no one's home, the carrier leaves a delivery attempt notice. You can reschedule, redirect to a pickup point, or hold for pickup at the carrier facility.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts, the package is returned to our IL warehouse. We'll email you for instructions — reship (paid by you) or refund.
Quick tip: ship to your workplace if no one's home weekdays. Just make sure your workplace accepts adult-signature shipments and that you are the one signing.
State Restrictions & Special Cases
Some US states have additional shipping rules for nicotine products — flavor bans, prepay tax stamps, retail-only laws. Our checkout flow handles all of them automatically. If your state can't receive a specific product, the cart page shows the message before payment runs.
- Flavor restrictions: a handful of states restrict flavored vape sales. If you're in one of these states, only the legal SKUs will appear in your cart.
- Prepaid tax states: the relevant tax stamp / excise is included in the price you see at checkout. No surprise charges.
- Retail-only states: a small number of states (rare) restrict direct-to-consumer vape shipment entirely. The cart will block checkout with a message.
- 21+ ID: every state requires the carrier ID check, including states with looser local rules.
Shipping FAQs
Can I get same-day delivery?
Same-day ship (before 2 PM CT cutoff) is standard. Actual same-day delivery depends on the carrier and your zip — most adult-signature packages can't use instant-delivery couriers. For most US zips, expect 2–5 business days door to door.
Can I redirect a package after it ships?
Yes for USPS — use Informed Delivery to redirect to a different US address or hold at post office. UPS allows redirect via My Choice. Once redirected, transit time may reset.
What if my tracking hasn't updated in 4+ days?
Sometimes USPS scans skip steps. If 4+ business days pass with no update, email service@lostangel-vape.com with your order number. We'll open a carrier trace and reship if the package is confirmed lost.
What if tracking says delivered but I didn't get it?
First, check porches, side gates, and ask roommates. Most "ghost delivered" packages turn up within 24h. If 48h pass with no recovery, email us — we'll open a carrier claim and reship.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
USPS can deliver to a PO Box, but the carrier still has to see an adult-21+ signature when you pick it up. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you only have a PO Box, choose USPS at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Lost Angel ships within the United States only. International orders are blocked at checkout.
