Shipping Policy

1. Origin & Coverage
All Lost Angel Vape orders ship from our warehouse at 1650 N State Route 121, Mount Vernon, IL 62864. We ship to adult consumers (21+) in the United States only. We do not ship internationally, to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or to states that prohibit direct-to-consumer vape shipment.
2. Processing Time
Orders placed before 2 PM Central on a business day are processed and shipped the same business day, subject to successful age verification and payment capture. Orders placed after the 2 PM cutoff or on a weekend ship the next business day. We do not ship on US federal holidays.
3. Carriers
We use USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground for most US shipments. Carrier selection at checkout is based on your zip code, package weight, and the available age-signature service. Alaska and Hawaii ship via USPS only.
4. Transit Time
Estimated transit (after ship-out) by region:
- Midwest core (IL, IN, MO, KY, IA, WI): 1–2 business days
- Midwest extended + South: 2–3 business days
- East Coast / Florida: 3 business days
- Mountain & Plains / Texas: 3 business days
- West Coast & Pacific NW: 4–5 business days
- Alaska / Hawaii: 5–8 business days
Transit times are estimates based on carrier averages, not guarantees. Weather, carrier capacity, and special-handling requirements (adult signature) can extend delivery.
5. Shipping Cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier. Orders with a cart subtotal of $80 or more ship free within the continental US. Orders with a cart subtotal of $150 or more receive free shipping plus an automatic 10% discount applied at checkout. Alaska, Hawaii, and tax-stamp states may have surcharges shown at checkout.
6. Adult Signature (21+) Required
Federal regulation requires that nicotine product shipments be handed to an adult 21 or older with a verifiable photo ID. Packages will not be left unattended. After 3 failed delivery attempts, the package is returned to our warehouse and you will be contacted for reship (paid) or refund.
7. Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when the label is generated. You can also view live tracking on your account dashboard or the order tracking page.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
- Lost (carrier-side): if tracking shows no update for 4+ business days, contact us. We open a carrier trace and reship if the package is declared lost.
- Lost (showing delivered, not received): first check porches, side gates, and roommates. If 48 hours pass with no recovery, we open a carrier claim and reship.
- Damaged in transit: photograph the package and contents and email us within 7 days of delivery. We replace damaged units.
- Stolen from porch: we accept porch-theft claims case-by-case. Filing a local police report supports the claim. Adult-signature shipments are rarely subject to porch theft because they require signature.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused at the door, fails the adult-signature check, returns to our warehouse after 3 failed delivery attempts, or is undeliverable for an invalid address, the order is refunded minus the shipping cost. Reship requires a new paid order.
10. State Restrictions
State-by-state restrictions on flavored vape sales, prepaid excise, or direct-to-consumer shipment are enforced at checkout. If your state cannot legally receive a SKU, the cart shows the message before payment runs. We do not ship to destinations where the order would violate state or local law.
11. PO Boxes & Forwarders
USPS can deliver to a PO Box but you must pick up in person and show ID. UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box. We do not ship to package-forwarding services, freight forwarders, or addresses that resolve to a forwarder.
12. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer will be reshipped (paid) only after the original package returns to our warehouse. Address corrections after ship-out may be possible through USPS Informed Delivery or UPS My Choice — we cannot guarantee them.
