These terms govern your use of lostangel-vape.com and any purchase from this store. Placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using the site means you agree to these terms. Last updated 2026-05-24.

1. Who Can Use This Site

Lost Angel Vape sells nicotine products. You must be a US resident, physically located in the United States, and 21 years of age or older to view the catalog, create an account, or place an order. By using the site you confirm you meet all three requirements. We verify age at checkout and the carrier verifies ID on delivery.

2. Age Verification & ID on Delivery

Every order runs through a third-party age verification service at checkout. Orders that fail age verification are canceled and the charge is reversed. The shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) also verifies a government photo ID at the door — packages will not be left unattended, and an adult 21+ must sign. Failing the carrier ID check returns the package to our warehouse for refund.

3. Account & Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping the login credentials confidential. We will never email you asking for your password. Notify us at service@lostangel-vape.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Orders, Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are in US dollars and exclude state-specific excise / tobacco tax unless explicitly included.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order — for any reason — including pricing errors, fraud signals, suspected resale, or non-US shipping addresses.
  • Payment is via credit or debit card processed by our US payment processor. The merchant of record name is printed on your order receipt.
  • An order is not final until the payment processor confirms successful capture. Pre-authorization holds that don't convert are released by the issuing bank — timing varies.

5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Returns & Defective Devices

Unopened devices may be returned within 30 days. Defective devices are replaced or refunded on a case-by-case basis. Once a pod is activated, it is non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Full policy on the Refund & Returns page.

7. Product Information & Disclaimers

  • Lost Angel devices contain nicotine, which is an addictive chemical.
  • The products on this site are intended for adult smokers and vapers 21 or older.
  • The site, content, and product information are provided "as is" without express or implied warranty beyond what is required by US consumer protection law and state-specific lemon laws.
  • We do not make any therapeutic claims for any product. Nicotine is not a cessation aid.

8. State Restrictions

Some states restrict flavored vape sales, charge prepaid excise, or prohibit direct-to-consumer vape shipment entirely. Our checkout flow blocks orders that violate the destination state's law. You are responsible for knowing whether the product is legal at your shipping address.

The "Lost Angel," "Mate 50K," and "Sphere 35K" word marks and associated logos are trademarks. Reviewer profile photos, flavor tasting notes written by The Lost Angel Collective, and all editorial copy on the site are copyright the respective author. The HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and build artifacts comprising the storefront are separately copyright the site operator.

You may not copy, scrape, mirror, or redistribute any of the above material without express written permission. Automated scraping, content harvesting, and AI-training crawls without authorization are prohibited. We reserve the right to pursue all remedies available under the Lanham Act, the Copyright Act, and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) for infringement.

10. User Conduct

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.

15. Entire Agreement & No Waiver

These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns policy incorporated by reference) constitute the entire agreement between you and Lost Angel Vape regarding your use of the site and any purchase. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on the site or by email. Continued use of the site after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
